5-Minutes Dragon Noodles with No-Cook Sauce - super quick and easy to prepare, Asian style noodles with hot sauce!

Ingredients
  • 8 oz (225 g) egg noddles or ramen, udon, rice noodles, spaghetti or other pasta
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce / Oyster sauce
  • 3/4 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp Asian hot sauce / Sriracha sauce , or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 garlic powder
  • 1/4 ginger powder
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms , canned
  • 5 baby corns (1/2 cup)
  • 1 green onion , sliced
  • fresh cilantro (or parsley), chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dry roasted , spicy peanuts, chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic powder and ginger powder.
  2. Pour over cooked noodles and toss to combine.
  3. Add mushrooms, baby corns, green onion, cilantro and peanuts and toss once more.
