Baked Banana Chips - baked in the oven, drizzled with some honey and sprinkled with cinnamon, banana chips is a great healthy snack for both kids and adults.

Servings: 1 cup
juice from 1 large lemon,
about 1/3 cup
optional ingredients: honey,
agave syrup, cinnamon
Cut bananas into 5 mm thick rounds. Dip them in lemon juice and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 120 C (248 F) for about 2 hours in electric fan oven (other types of ovens may need adjusting of baking time). You can turn them over after 1 hour of baking.
OPTIONAL STEP: After cooling, banana chips can be drizzled with honey or agave syrup and sprinkled with some cinnamon.
