Ingredients
  • 4 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
  • a dash of nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Blend dates, milk, banana, vanilla and nutmeg until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately topped with whipped topping and grated nutmeg (optional).
