Chocolate Banana Ice Cream - with healthy avocado fat, no added sugar and no machine needed!

large or 3 medium bananas – frozen sliced
stevia or agave syrup (optional)
Mix banana and avocado using an immersion blender (or food processor) until smooth.
Add cocoa powder and stevia or agave syrup and blend until incorporated.
Pour into a container and place in freezer. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes to break up large ice particles. Do this 4 times.
