ripe persimmon

orange juice

banana, fresh or frozen

vanilla extract
a pinch of cinnamon
ice (optional)
Instructions
Peel persimmon, cut into large cubes and place in blender together with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Transfer into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
