Ingredients
  • 1 ripe persimmon
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • ice (optional)
Instructions
  1. Peel persimmon, cut into large cubes and place in blender together with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
