Ingredients
  • 2 cups dried dates, pitted
  • 2 cups water
Instructions
  1. Soak dates for 1-2 hours (or even over night, if your dates are very dry). If you're using fresh dates, soaking time will be much shorter.
  2. Drain dates, but reserve the water. Put dates into your blender or food processor. Blend adding one by one tablespoon of soaking water until you get desired consistency.
  3. Transfer date paste in a jar and store in a fridge for 1-2 weeks. Or freeze in ziplock bags for up to 3 months.
