Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh organic spinach leaves
  • 1 cup berries (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry…, fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 tsp ground flax seeds, soaked in water for at least 15 minutes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • sweetener (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place spinach leaves, berries, and water in blender. Add soaked flax seeds, cinnamon, banana and sweetener.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
