(blueberry, strawberry, raspberry…, fresh or frozen)

water

ground flax seeds, soaked in water for at least 15 minutes

cinnamon

banana (optional)
sweetener (optional)
Instructions
Place spinach leaves, berries, and water in blender. Add soaked flax seeds, cinnamon, banana and sweetener.
Blend until smooth. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
