Easy Scallion Pancakes
Servings: 2 large or 4 small pancakes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup scallions chopped, green onions
  • salt
  • oil for frying
  1. Mix flour and water until there are no lumps any more. Set aside.
  2. Chop scallions. Add them, together with salt, to the batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Pour batter into the pan and swirl around until the batter is evenly distributed. Fry for 2-4 minutes on each side.
