Elderflower Iced Tea

Ingredients

dry elderflowers
1/2
cup
boiling water
1
cup
cold water
juice of 1 lemon
sweetener of choice
ice
leaves
optional: fresh mint or melissa leaves
Instructions
Pour boiling water over dry elderflowers, cover and let stand for about 10 minutes.
Strain the liquid, add 1 cup of cold water, lemon juice and sweetener of your choice.
Pour the liquid into a tall serving glass filled with ice, lemon slices and fresh mint leaves or melissa leaves. Serve immediately.
