Easter Salad

  • Neufchatel cheese or cottage cheese
  • radishes
  • lettuce
  • French dressing
  • spices (paprika turmeric powder, ground black pepper, chopped parsley etc)
  1. Roll Neufchatel cheese into small egg shapes. Roll each egg into different spice powder or chopped herbs.
  2. Cut long radishes into straws and season with French dressing.
  3. Cut lettuce into strips and arrange on a serving plate.
  4. Scatter the straws in lettuce nests, arrange the eggs in the nests and sprinkle with dressing.
