TbspGARNISH: 1 pecans or walnutschopped, 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar, candied cherry and kumkwat (optional), 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Wash and stem white and red grapes.
In a bowl, mix whipped cream, ricotta cheese, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Add grapes and cranberries and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans and drizzle with some maple syrup. Garnish with candied fruit (optional).
