Homemade Fish Balls
Servings: 8 walnut-size fish balls

  • 200 g fish 7 oz, without skin and bones
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1.5 Tbsp water if needed
  1. Put fish, cornstarch, salt and pepper into a bowl of your food processor. Process until fine. If the mixture is too thick, add a little bit of water.
  2. Form walnut-size fish balls and drop them into a pot of boiling salty water.
  3. Serve with vegetable noodle soup.
