Cherry Dump Cake
can cherry pie filling
21 ; 1 1/2 cup
1 - 2 1/2
softened, 1 stick + 2 tsp; 125 g
grated lemon zest
Dump cherry pie filling into greased and floured 9×13 inch baking pan.
Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, butter, salt, lemon zest and vanilla into a bowl of food processor and mix until combined. Dump the mixture iinto the pan over cherry filling.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour.
*less baking powder will create cobbler-like cake
