Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  1. Put onion, carrot and garlic into a food processor. Chop into small bits.
  2. Transfer into another bowl and mix with ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt and pepper and 1/4 cup hot sauce. Mix thoroughly. Shape into small balls.
  3. You can either fry meatballs in a pan or place on a cookie sheet and bake in 400 F oven for about20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Toss meatballs with remaining 1/4 cup hot sauce.
