Bisquick Sausage Balls
Servings: 60 sausage balls

  • 3 cups Bisquick mix*
  • 1 lb sausage ground
  • 4 cups cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • cayenne pepper optional
  • chives optional
  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or by hand. Form into walnut size balls and place them on a lightly oiled broiling pan or on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
  2. Bake in preheated 350 F (175 C) oven for 15-20 minutes or until done. Halfway through cooking move the balls with a spatula to prevent them from sticking.
  3. Serve with mayonnaise and mustard dip or chili sauce.
