Avocado Dip
Servings: 3
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • a splash or tabasco or jalapeno sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Place the avocado, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lime juice and tabasco into a blender. Blend until you have a smooth paste, about 1 minute. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
  2. Serve as a dip for tortilla chips or cut up veggies.
