Blackberry Cobbler with Bisquick is a simple recipe that uses homemade Bisquick mix.
For blackberry FILLING: Combine blackberries, water, sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour into pie dish and cover with topping.
Bake until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve Bisquick Blackberry Cobbler warm or cold.
