Mango Lassi Recipe
Servings: 1
  • 1 cup ripe mangoes peeled and chopped, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • sweetener to taste
  • a pinch of ground cardamom optional
  • ice optional
  1. Blend mangoes, yogurt, milk and sweetener until smooth.
  2. Add ice and cardamom powder and blend until combined. Add some water if you like thinner lassi.
  3. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
