Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal (or baked)
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put bananas, yogurt, oatmeal and almonds blender. Add ice and blend on high until smoothie thickens, about 30 seconds.
  2. For chocolate banana smoothie add cocoa and pulse a few times.
