Homemade Whole Wheat Pasta

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Tbsp about 1 . water
  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixer bowl. Mix until it all comes together in a ball. The dough should be as dry as possible.
  2. Cut the dough into 4 pieces. Cover, and let stand for 30 minutes to relax.
  3. Roll out dough by hand with a rolling pin, or use a pasta machine. Cut into desired width and shapes. Toss with flour to dry on a baking sheet.
