Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pumpkin, chopped up into chunks
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- pinch ground cinnamon
- pinch ground ginger
- pinch ground nutmeg
- pinch ground allspice
Instructions

Feed the pumpkin flesh through juicer.

Put in a blender together with apple juice, pineapple juice and honey and blend thoroughly.
