Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 – 1 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
  1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add water and butter. Mix to combine. (You can use food processor)
  3. Turn the dough on a well floured surface. Knead the dough until it is elastic and smooth. Divide into 4 balls. Roll each ball with a rolling pin.
  4. Place the dough on pizza pan and cover with toppings. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
