Rum Ball Receipe

Ingredients
  • 200 g (7 oz) finely ground shortbread cookies
  • 200 g (7 oz) butter, melted
  • 50 g (1.7 oz) cocoa
  • 300 g (10 oz) powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp rum
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients. Chill if necessary.
  2. Shape into balls. Dredge with sugar or leave them plain.
  3. Store in a tightly covered tin.
