Polenta Porridge - healthy breakfest cooked in only 3 minutes time!

  • 4 cups milk, dairy or non-dairy
  • 4 Tbsp sugar / honey or a few drops of liquid stevia (optional)
  • a knob of butter (optional)
  • 1 cup instant polenta
  1. Put milk in a pot to boil. Add sugar and butter, if using.
  2. Turn down the heat and slowly add polenta in a stream while whisking the mixture. Cook, whisking, for about 3 minutes or according to manufacturers directions.
  3. Serve Polenta Porridge with toppings of your choice like milk, yogurt, fruit, grated chocolate etc.
