Ingredients
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules or to taste
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • 1-2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • a few drops of liquid stevia or other sweetener
  • ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
  1. Optional step: Combine oats with chia seeds and milk and let stand for at least 10 minutes (or even over night).
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
