Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour or ground blanched almonds
  • 1 1/2 cup GF oatmeal flour or ground rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 3 Tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour 1-2 Tbsp of batter on an oiled hot griddle or pan. Bake until bubbles appear. Turn and bake the other side until done.
