Cornflakes Cookies
Cornflakes Cookies – the easiest no bake cookies I’ve ever made; just 2 ingredients and super crunchy!

  • 2 cups cornflakes
  • 8 ounces (220 g) dark or milk chocolate, melted
  • optional*: ground nuts, dessicated coconut, sugar sprinkles
  1. Put the cornflakes into a large bowl. Pour melted chocolate over them and mix with rubber spatula until the cornflakes are evenly coated.
  2. Use a teaspoon (or two teaspoons) to form cookies and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. As soon as chocolate cools and hardens, cookies are ready to be served.
Recipe Notes

*Add about 2 Tbsp of ground nuts or dessicated coconut to the melted chocolate before you pour it over cornflakes.
