Breakfast Popsicles
Breakfast Popsicles - easy and healthy freezer breakfast can be prepared days in advance; just grab-and-go on a busy day morning; kids will love it!

  • 1 cup yogurt dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp stevia optional
  • 2 Tbsp granola
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, peaches)
  1. Combine yogurt, chia seeds and honey or/and stevia in a bowl. Add frozen fruit and set aside.
  2. Put about 3/4 tablespoon granola in each of 3 popsicle molds.
  3. Pour yogurt mixture over it.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and put the popsicles in the freezer. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
