  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables or fresh
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms fresh
  • 1 package ramen noodles + seasonings
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • soy sauce hot pepper sauce
  1. Put vegetable oil and ginger in a pan or a wok and fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add frozen vegetables and sliced mushrooms and fry for about 3 minutes, or until they become softer, but still remain a bit crispy.
  3. In the meantime, cook ramen noodles in a pot of water until done, about 3 minutes. Drain, toss with sesame oil and add to vegetables.
  4. Season the mixture with seasoning packet, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce, to taste. Stir-fry for another minute and serve immediately.
