  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Combine the pumpkin seeds with the olive oil and salt. Spread in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with paper.
  2. Bake at 325 F for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Roast for another 5-10 minutes, or or until the seeds are golden but not brown. Be careful not to burn the seeds.
