Peach Chia Jam
Peach Chia Jam - excellent healthy fruit spread for your breakfast. Contains all the good ingredients of fruit and chia seeds. No sugar needed.

  • 2 cups chopped peaches*
  • 1 banana, mashed (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp sweetener, agave syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  1. Put peaches, banana (if using) and sweetener of your choice in your blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a pint jar and stir in chia seeds with a spoon.
  3. Ccover and place in the refrigerator to thicken, at least 1 hour.

*I didn't peel peaches, but you can if you prefer it that way.
