Peach Chia Jam - excellent healthy fruit spread for your breakfast. Contains all the good ingredients of fruit and chia seeds. No sugar needed.

Servings: 1 1/2 cup
sweetener, agave syrup or honey
vanilla extract (optional)
Put peaches, banana (if using) and sweetener of your choice in your blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into a pint jar and stir in chia seeds with a spoon.
Ccover and place in the refrigerator to thicken, at least 1 hour.
*I didn't peel peaches, but you can if you prefer it that way.
