  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 2 Tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1 drop almond extract (optional)
  • ice optional
  1. Using ordinary blender or immersion blender, blend raspberries, yogurt, milk and honey until smooth.
  2. Add ice and almond extract and blend until combined. If you like thinner lassi, add some water.
  3. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
