Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked black beans drained
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  2. Serve with potato chips, tortilla chips or sliced fresh vegetables.
