  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe / melon
  • 1 cup sliced banana
  • grated lemon zest
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • a dash of vanilla powder or vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Optional ingredients: ice cubes, sweetener - honey or maple syrup or stevia
  1. Place cubed cantaloupe, sliced banana, grated lemon zest, cinnamon, vanilla powder (or vanilla extract) and almond milk in a blender. Add optional ingredients like ice cubes and sweetener. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour Cantaloupe Smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
