"Jiffy" Cornbread Mixture

OPTIONAL:

oil or melted butter
adds moisture

1/4 cup, for sweet cornbread

creamed corn
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Fill oiled muffin tins and bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes.
