Homemade Bisquick Mix

You will not believe how easy it is to make Homemade Bisquick Mix using only 4 everyday ingredients. It is a great substitute for store-bought Bisquick Mix and also a great way to save your money.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons soybean oil (or shortening or butter or margarine, melted)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (optional)
  1. Mix all ingredients. Blend until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  2. Use Homemade Bisquick as a substitution for Bisquick mix. Store in a dry cool place.
