Mango Ice Cream - 3-ingredients, healthy, no machine needed!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk (400 ml)
  • 4 cups mango chunks, frozen
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup or honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
  2. Transfer to ice cream machine and follow manufacturer instructions. WITHOUT ICE CREAM MACHINE: Transfer the mixture into container, close and place in your freezer. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes (for about 2-3 hours).
  3. Let defrost for 15 minutes before serving.
