Mango Ice Cream - 3-ingredients, healthy, no machine needed!

full-fat coconut milk (400 ml)

mango chunks, frozen

agave syrup or honey or maple syrup

vanilla extract (optional)

Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.

Transfer to ice cream machine and follow manufacturer instructions. WITHOUT ICE CREAM MACHINE: Transfer the mixture into container, close and place in your freezer. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes (for about 2-3 hours).

Let defrost for 15 minutes before serving.
