Ingredients

cups
black tea leaves (or rooibos tea)
cardamom and other spices, to taste

cups
boiling water
1/2
cup
sugar or sweetener
1 1/2
cup
evaporated milk or evaporated milk substitute, whole milk,
half and half, or coconut milk
Instructions
Steep the tea leaves and spices in boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Fill 6 glasses with ice. Pour in tea mixture. Top off with evaporated milk, but do not stir.
