100 g (3.5 oz) strawberries
100 g (3.5 oz) raspberries
100g (3.5 oz) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbs rum
250 g (0.5 lb) Mascarpone cheese
150 g (5 oz) yogurt
- Mash strawberries and raspberries together with powdered sugar, vanilla and rum. Press through sieve. Combine with mascarpone and yogurt.
- Freeze for 2 hours, stirring ocasionaly.
