Indians are famous for their mango lassi, refreshing summer drink made of yogurt and water or milk. Some other types of fruit can be used as well, so I decided to make this delicious beverage with blueberries. Blueberry Lassi can be enjoyed throught the year instead of store-bought drinks full of sugar, artificial colors, flavors and other mystery ingredients. Blueberries, yogurt and honey will boost your immunity and quench your thirst, all at the same time.

Blueberry Lassi

Ingredients
- 1 c blueberries
- 1/2 c yogurt
- 1/2 c milk or water
- 2 Tbsp honey or sugar
- vanilla optional
- ice optional
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a serving glass and serve immediately.
