2 1/4 cups selfrising flour
2 cups bisquick
1 dash of salt
1 cup milk
2 sticks butter
3 tlbs vanilla or almond flavoring
2 cups of dried fruit
2/3 cup sugar
Cook on 410 degrees until golden brown
- Mix flour, bisquick, salt and sugar in mixer bowl.
- Cut butter in chuncks and add to flour mixture.
- Add flavoring, eggs, milk, fruit and blend well.
- Grease and flour round cake pan, put mixture in and preslice.
- Bake until gloden brown.
